John has 20 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and process improvement. As our Quality Manager, John assesses our procedures and processes, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and initiates any preventative actions as needed to meet our Quality Policy Objectives. John also manages our inspections and accreditations with third-party organizations while auditing IBI’s Quality Management System. John earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Process Analysis and Improvement from DePaul University, followed by a Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification from George Washington University. When not at IBI John’s hobbies include yard work, golf and boating with his family.
