Carolena Barth is our Director of Human Resources. Utilizing her exceptional interpersonal skills to create a positive employee experience, Carolena is adept at building and maintaining our proud and culturally diverse team here at IBI. Carolena is trilingual in Norwegian, English and Spanish, and she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arizona State University with a minor in Spanish. Carolena is a prolific gardener, chef and animal lover who loves to travel with Tyler and their family, including visits back to her family in Norway.
